  10. The Federalist Papers is a  program  containing a collection of essays
  11. which originally appeared in the New York press between  October  1787
  12. and  May  1788.   These  essays,  collectively known as The Federalist
  13. Papers, (or  sometimes  as  simply  The  Federalist)  were  written by
  14. Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison in support of the  new
  15. Constitution.  This is a great program for the classroom or for anyone
  16. interested  in  the  U.S.   Constitution  or  its history.  Great user
  17. interface makes it very easy to use on any IBM or compatible.
